Part three -- People we've met ... friends we've made

A lot of the meaning in our Camino was found in the wonderful people all along the way.

David and Cathy are from the Stratford, England. Not only
were they fun, but we could comfortably share the spiritual
dimension of the Camino together. Our schedules matched
up for the final 100 km of the way.

David and Joan from Scotland walked with packs
all the way from St Jean Pied de Port.  We joked
about planning a "Presbyterian Camino" together
across Scotland.

Ashleigh heard us talking about New Orleans and introduced herself. Her family, the well known Ladners, live in Bay St Louis! She's English teaching in Spain this year....and will be entering the Dominican order as a nun next year.

Sweet Laura from Ireland became another
Camino Daughter...

Eva is from Germany.  We spent the afternoon talking
about life.  Her epiphany?  Be nice to every single person.
