When we began planning for the Camino, I was afraid. I didn't know if I could walk 10 miles....much less walk 18 miles. Every day. For over a month. And yet I am. Over 400 miles so far.
It must be a God thing. The walks aren't easy. They're in the mountains - steep ascents and grueling descents. On rough footing. Long and often hot. But we get there. We go the distance. And we're doing it together.
We're still amazed that neither one of us has had a physical problem. Not a blister. Not strained muscles. Every day is more fun -- more fulfilling.
How many things in our life seem impossible -- until we try it. Until we stick with it. Until we believe we can....
The future seems so bright ahead!
